front leather seats with holes

My 2003 toyota avalon has a rip in the front seat.  
The leather itself has tiny holes in it that's how the
leather is in this car im just wondering to repair it
how do i since the leather itself isn't smooth and
the videos I've watched on you tube have all been
repairs for smooth leather? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Do you have perforated leather for ventilated seats? Take it to an upholstery shop and see what they can do.
