navigation control panel enter/toggle doesn't work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My screen is on I Agree but the cursor doesn't work.  I have been unable to
change the location to Pacific Time, or change the year because the cursor
doesn't work.

I don't know of any fix for that, you may need a new nav. system (BIG BUCKS) or just use a Garmin....
