Are you indicating that this vehicle will not CRANK OVER...like the battery is dead.......or.......are you saying the engine cranks over normally...like the battery is good....but the engine will not FIRE UP?

OK...It appears you have no spark to the spark plugs. You should verify no spark by going to an Auto parts Store and buying a spark tester which will confirm you have spark...or...no spark to the spark plugs. While you are there you should also buy a 12 volt TEST LIGHT which will allow us to check the ignition circuit...in and out of the ignition coil.
