electrical problem,92 camry 2.2 w/ac alternator is working,but car is not sending current to the battery,large wires are good,windows stopped working at same time

My mothers camry stopped charging the battery at the same time windows
stopped working,alternator was replaced,I checked it with a meter while at
caarquest while they tested it on their machine.14.6 volts,but when on the
car the only current is the 12.1 at the battery,tested the top post continuity
and its good,help me,oh yeah the power windows stopped working,all fuses
show good.

At least you have a meter and know how to check! First at idle with a load on the Alternator, headlights and rear Deicer ON read output to battery terminals 15 volts+ or somethings wrong..Check all the connections and ground cables. Next don't move on until you have the alternator function corrected(follow the charging circuit) after that you can chase... or check window issues IF needed. Preform a voltage drop on all the #2 gauge and #4 wires. Regards
