Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1994 Toyota Camry (6 cyl) has a fuel consistency problem from time to time.  The car WILL start and WILL idle but will not feed the gas when the pedal is pressed.  It is an intermittent problem.  No one can figure it out. Fuel filter changed, fuel pump changed....not when it's hot or any other pattern to think of.  Have to junk the car as I have already put too much money into it.  Does anyone have a suggestion?
