I have been distributed is not wet what do I need to check after pressure washing my Toyota Camry 93 and it will not start

You should NEVER pressure wash an engine. Anyway, too late for that. You have most likely gotten water in electrical connections. You can try opening things up, air box, unhook available electrical connections, even unhook spark plug wires (don't mix them up). Put the car in a warm garage and run a fan in the open hood for at least 24 hours. This might work, good luck.
