1993 Toyota Camry doesn’t do anything when I turn the key

I'd check the ignition switch (the thing you actually put the key into). There are videos on YouTube on how to test this. You might also check the starter relay, but it doesn't sound like that to me. Have you tested the alternator? If you can take it off, most auto parts stores will test it for you for free (they can also do it on the car, but since yours won't start, you can't go that route). A good place to start is to check all of your fuses and make sure none of them are blown. Just take them out one at a time, see if the filament across it is continuous (not broken). If it's broken, the fuse is blown and should be replaced. If it's not broken, put it back in and move on to the next fuse. You can do this faster with a multimeter that can test continuity. On the ends of the fuse, while it's still plugged in, you'll see two tiny points of metal. If you touch the leads of a multimeter to these (one on each point), you should have continuity (most multimeters will beep). If you do, great, the fuse is good, move on to the next one. That way you don't have to pull each one out.
