When it rains water leaks through right above the drivers seat. Into the headliner. The car has a sun roof but seems to be sealed fine. Could it be a door seal?

Hi MarcV! It certainly could be the door seal but I am still sticking with the sun roof. There's a possibility that under speed water could be backing up from the door seal but Achem's Razor clearly points to the sun roof as being the most likely source of the water. Try hosing it down to recreate the leak and see if you can track it down, or simply take the leap of faith and try and reseal the sunroof. Good luck!
