lack of power ,replaced knock sensors&inside harness could it be outside harness

Need to know what codes are stored in the computer. This vehicle "Flashes" codes using a jumper wire ..and....the Diagnostic Connector under the hood(left side). Google the correct procedure. Get back to us with result.
