does the fuel pump affect spark 1994 camry 3.0

no spark coming out of the coil to distributor

I do have voltage going into the coil. Should I or is it possible to check voltage from coil to distibutor cap? And would the faulty fuel pump have a big impact not having a signal ignition control module to send out voltage to the coil?
