Overheating. Changed thermostat and water pump/timing belt. No leak in radiator. . Fans are working. It takes water every time I have to pull over. Temp shoots up almost immediately

You will have to go to the auto store and buy an air bleed kit. It sounds like you have a large air pocket within the system.

My Toyota was over heating in a very short time running it was the head gasket at about 182.000 miles One big thing that every two years I have to replace the fan switch When I pulled the head I replaced my valves that were needed with the belt needed oil pump O ring I drive mine daily 249.000 miles now
Was able to get it looked at today and bled air out. Drove it around for a while and did not run hot. Going to take it further tomorrow to see if that was the only problem! Thank you!
A compression test will determine which cylinders are leaking, usually if you have a cracked block , one reading will be low, if 2 readings low usually the head gasket is suspect. If head gasket is blown, usually you will have bubbles in radiator with cap off, open only when cold, let engine warm up then look for bubbles, also white smoke (steam) present at exhaust even on a warm day.

Mirai, get yourself a block tester kit from your local auto store. Will run you about $30. That will let you know if you have a bad head gasket. Here's a short video on how to do the test............................. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YY2w2QvwAVo
I changed the thromst but the car is still overheating. There is no mixture of oil and water in this dipstick do you think it's the water pump?

I think the water pump belt can be lose and may need tightening.....I think it might be that simple........
