I have a 2006 Toyota Camery Hybrid, my sister i law was driving it the other day and she said it overheated while driving it, she kept driving till it died, and she continued coasting as far as she could on a mountain road, it was taken to a local gas station and parked, when I got to the car, the radiator cap was blown off , so I tried to refill the coolant , but it leeked out I looked to see ware it was coming from, it seems to be from the water pump, as well I opened the the oil cap, and the oils smells burnt and the color is dark brown? What is the average cost to replace the engine in a 2009 Toyota Camry?

I have a 1999 Toyota Camry. I do not have the alarm door openers for the car. The car won't start and the battery has been changed. My brother said he had trouble with this on our mothers car years ago, but doesn't remember how to turn off the alarm. The alarm has now tripped with the new battery and the car is just sitting there. Cant afford a tow to a dealership nor the cost of the dealership for a fix. How do I turn off the alarm??? 3 Answers
