I don't know what the original author was talking about when he said the hard way. He never elaborated. I just cut and pasted the part of the article that mentioned how to locate the fusible link. I'm guessing the hard way is bugging everything out with a multi-meter. If I run across any more info I will post it for you.

Hi, I have just replaced the power antenna in my 1992 Toyota Camry, however it isn't working. I have checked the plug at the antenna and there is no power going to it. I have also checked in my owner's manual and can't find a fuse for the power antenna listed. Is there an in-line fuse somewhere on this power connection going to the antenna?
