Where can I buy one

This will be fun...if it's an after market sunroof, you will have to look for a manufacturer name stamped on it. If you can find one, you will then have to google the company and see if they still exist and then see if you can still buy a replacement seal. If it's a Toyota sunroof, it should be much easier. Just go to the Toyota parts dept. and have them order you up a new one. I went through the same thing with the sunroof on my '89 Toyota 4x4. I could buy every part EXCEPT the seal. That was the one part that was discontinued. I just siliconed the thing closed and said to heck with the whole thing. Better than a wet seat every other day.......
