New Starter ...replaced Battery...Clicking sound. Suggestion...look at the Cables(wires) going from the Battery to the Starter Motor. Do you see any Corrosion...white powdery gook.... any where? If connections look clean...time to use a Digital Volt Meter to continue the diagnosis. WalMart has them ....cheap. BTW...you could attempt a jump start from a known good battery. Caution...must be VERY careful with this procedure. Find someone who knows how to jump start correctly. BIG $$$ damages can result from improper Jump Start. A successful Jump Start resulting in the vehicle starts up and runs...means the Starter Motor is good....must be bad battery or connections.
