Why are you attempting to flash codes? Is there an issue with this vehicle?

On the 1994 Toyota Camry with the V6 3.0L and the A541E automatic transmission.... the car was ahead of its time and actually does have a OBD II port that you can use to get codes from. The OBD I under the hood and below the lower drivers side dash will only work on the 4 cylinder engine(as seen in the diagrams above). For your specific Camry, to the left of the steering wheel is a small compartment. Like a small change tray... pull that tray completely out of the dash and the OBD II port is behind that next to a small fuse panel. I will include a bad picture of the port, after the tray is removed... sorry my cell is low resolution.
