how can i repair the window sweeps to stop rainwater from leaking inside the door shell

i have removed the drivers side door panel and can see that the water is running down the
door shell and it drains properly when the door is opened after a rain.

The only way to properly fix them is to order new ones from Toyota. I checked Rockauto and they don't sell them. You can try Ebay, you might get lucky. You could try sliding a piece of wax paper between the rubber seal and the window. Then put a thin bead of black RTV along the seal. After it dries pull out the wax paper.
