how can i get the Carfax report?

how can i access the free CarFax report on a car we purchased through the
site?

Unless the seller gave you a copy of the CF or gave you the link to the report you cannot get the CF without paying for it.

Carfax reports should be purchased before you buy, not after! Once the vehicle is sold the free report is no longer available! Hope that helps! Jim
