Why does my 1995 Camry sometimes starts and then it won't.

We have replaced the battery, made sure it has a good connection. Then it died while driving down the road. Replaced the fuel pump . Drove it and next time went to start and it wouldn't start. Replaced the coil it still does the same thing. Where do we go from here? Any ideas?

Have your alternator tested at Autozone or test it yourself. Sounds like it's not charging. Your car will die when the battery becomes depleted. Will die sooner when lights are on.
I am not a mechanic so excuse my ignorance. After it sits for 2 hrs or so it will start right up I thought that if it was the alternator and it depleted the battery it would not start up again. Example drove it to grocery store was in for about 45 minutes would not start when I came out but about 2 hrs later it started right up. If I'm out in left field that wouldn't surprise me.
Check your starter, this is sign of weak one, battery is good, and it happen,s sometime,s,that may be your problem.
