My 1995 toy carmy won't start

Title say it all.. My 1995 toyota won't start More
Info It also died when i was riding in it.. checked
Timer Belt and water pump
Also changed out water pump and Timer Belt also
checked fuse and relay change out the battery

It got a lot of fire also checked the spark plugs I
just need to know what it could possibly be

I'm thinking it could be the fuel pump

Sometimes you can hear the fuel pump start whining when you turn on the ignition. Have someone stick their ear in the trunk when you do this, so they can hear it more easily. DON'T run the pump too long or you'll burn it out. Next, sniff around the throttle body; if you can smell gas, the pump is probably working. Consider also changing out the fuel filter,if you haven't done so.
