What could be making my alternator fuse blow which is blowing my whole fusebox on a 94 toyota camry

You must have pinched wires. I would start tracing back the wires from the alternator to the battery. When you say blowing your whole fuse box, do you seriously mean that like 20 fuses are all blowing out at once?
