TOYOTA CAMRY 96 won't start

my 96 Toyota is giving me a hard
time trying to figure what is wrong
with. the very first time it stopped
going forward and only would go
reverse so I had to leave it in
walmarts parking lot till two hours
later that night and it worked
perfectly fine all the way home until
the next morning it wouldn't start
took my battery to auto zone said I
needed to replace it so I bought a
brand new battery and still the car
made no noise at all when I turned
the key. following day after that I
check on my car I put the Jetta in the
ignition and it makes sound it wants
to start but it doesn't turn on it's
been wo weeks already and I'm in
desperate need of help. paid 60$ for
30mins if a mechanics time for him
to tell me the car wasn't going to run
again. I had a few other say it's the
fuel pump that needs replacing of
anyone could help me I would
appreciate it.
