Went to start my car this morning. Dash lights were on. Turned the key heard click sounds , but no start. Did it a couple times, 2nd time no sound not even the click.third try click sound then start.

... Do you mean the lights were already on .. or did they come on when you got in the car?

Either ignition switch of starter ,,, I suspect the switch. Try this ...put some side pressure on the switch and turn is slow ... see if that does it ... of course if it does then only the electrical part of the switch needs replacement ,,,, avoid changing the Tumbler because you will get into coding issues with a different key ... good luck
