I need to know what's wrong with my car the check
engine light is flashing sounds like it's going to lose
power and putting 1997 Toyota Camry LE please
help

We can give you advice- but we can not reach out and fix your car for you- you will have to take it to a mechanic and have some maintenance done- good luck-

A flashing check engine light is the result of an engine misfire. Indeed you should have this issue checked by a competent mechanic. He or she will most likely scan the computers for Codes. You can have this done for free at any auto parts store that provides this service. Then it's off to the repair shop for further diagnosis. Good luck.

Just had this same problem with my 97 Camry. Most likely it is your spark plug wires or you need to replace your spark plugs or both. Andrew Elam
