Blown shock, and (likely) failed upper and lower control arm bushings. This is also an issue with the Lexus ES300 from 1996-2001

You might also consider a bad/binding Drive Axle. If you can SAFELY get the front wheels off the ground...have someone place the vehicle in Neutral with the engine running. Slowly have that someone rotate the steering wheel right and left while YOU rotate each front wheel. Look for any popping\binding noises/feel.
