97' CAMRY LE efi fuse blows everytime you put one in

my little brother hooked up 120 v to the batter in his 97 camry le to try to
jump
it, obiously it did some damage, i checked all the fuses and narrowed it
down to the efi it pops everytime you put a new one in without haveing the
key in the car, i put a 30 in there and it didnt pop, when u try to start it the
starter ticks but thats all that happens, i had my friend use a computer to
diagnose the issue but it wouldnt get a read, is the ecm bad or what else
should i check

is it the vaccum switching valve?
What was the source of this 120 volts? You are going to need a digital volt meter and a Scan Tool to diagnose this one. If that 120 was AC....well...computers do not like AC. There should be a few high amp fuses in the under hood fuse relay box. They may have windows on the side making it easier to check. Check them out and get back to us.
already checked em like i said all interior eletric works and the starter clicks we plugged a computer into the car and it wouldnt get a read.. does that mean i should replace the ecm?
I would not replace the ECU at this time without first checking to see if the ECU has 12 volts DC..."waking it up"....so it can go to work. So.. what wires at the ECU carries 12v from the Battery to the Computer? Need a wiring diagram. the fact that the Scan Tool does not get a read....it is ...asleep.....does receive a signal to wake up....or...is indeed DEAD. While your replacing the ECU...might as well check those 12v DC inputs...and grounds.
Hooking up 120V AC directly to a car is a first for me. You will probably be chasing problems for a long time as a lot of electronics were probably damaged.
