locked my keys in the car. I had to call pop alock to open it for me. now the car want start. how do i get my car to start

i am not sure it has an anti brake system but it does have an anti theft system. when pop a lock open the door. bt the anti theft system it was like some broke in the car. so can you tell me what do i need to do

I don't know what to do either, so I would disconnect the battery for a moment, then reconnect it. somehow this strange procedure resets it right.
