I have a 2007 Toyota Camry I change the alternator on my car but now does not want to start what's the problem can anyone help me

Does it turn over or is the battery dead? Did you make sure the battery terminals and cable ends are clean and tight?
Did you disconnect the Black -Neg battery cable before changing alternator? Or was the battery connected during the process? And does it crank over but not start or not even turn over? To begin with, check the mega-fuse, the 120amp fuse in the underhood PDC (Power distribution Center)
When I try to start my car it kind want to start but it does not stay on more than 2 seconds and when did. I feel like running off to piston
To be honest with you I don't think I disconnect the cable batteries before I changed it

That sounds like the anti-theft immobilizer. On an '07 Camry it shuts off fuel, not ignition. When you insert key, you don't eben have to torn key, just insert and if the little red LED continues to flash the anti-theft is still armed and must be re-programmed.
I have heard that if you simply turn the key on/off 3 times, the off and wait 10 seconds it will re-set immobilizer, that is with a recognized key. Some guys say it works, some say not. But no harm trying
And Thanks FoR. -- Kambizs, for future reference always disconnect the battery. Preferably the Neg- cable, before doing any work. That prevents this from happening. yeah, you lose your radio pre-sets and clock but small price to pay
