I have a 2003 toyota camry xle. All the dashboard lights came on and now the car won't start. New battery and we can jump start it but it wont stay running?

I have a 2003 toyota camry xle.  All the dashboard lights came on and now the car won't start.  New battery and we can jump start it but it wont stay running?
What could this be?  The fuses?

Put a volt meter on the battery. What does it read for volts? If you have far less than 12 volts, the most likely thing is a bad alternator. The new battery worked great until it was drained. Once it was drained of power, your dash lights came on and the car died. Post back with results...........
