I would take a volt meter and test the battery with the engine off. See how many volts it's putting out. If that tests good, make sure that your starter relay is good and tight. If that seems good, I would suspect a bad neutral safety switch or bad ignition module. Try moving your shift lever back and forth then see if it will fire up. If so, it's your neutral safety switch that's acting up.

You indicate the engine will not "turn over". Does that mean the engine will not CRANK over...or....the engine does indeed crank over.....but...will not fire up?
