I do not know what those are but I can make a guess. Are those accessory hot wires? Normally there are no extra ground wires unless some sort of extra device was added.
What Engine in this vehicle? Does the engine run with these wires disconnected? Doyou see a BOLT on the intake manifold with 2 wires on it?
its the wire from the trans that has a double wire so one wire into two i believe it goes on chasis under air filter im stuck with same problem but it should go off the trans to chasis, or right at the bracket by the oil cap theres a ground wire from there that connects to trans. if i can find the diagram i had earlier illl past it. it shows all ground but the wirre your talking about is the single into a double end correct? this may help https://images.app.goo.gl/SWrpLid8bddeNCWX9 this link might help a little better if the picture and first link isnt any help https://www.google.com/search? q=99+toyota+camry+v6+ground+point+in+engine+bay&newwindow=1&rlz=1C1CHBF_enU S885US885&sxsrf=ALeKk02BZH6CSmPN1vd0qpmoXW-WMet1- g:1582743667626&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiX7dDQ8- _nAhUkl3IEHes4BHIQ_AUoAXoECCkQAw&biw=1368&bih=770#imgrc=LtO0iimr6jNYwM
