1998 Toyota Camry le, won't start, changed fuses, checked starter, charged battery 12hrs.

Car sabotaged 2yrs. Previous by
stabbing radiator. This time fixed
right front seal(stop oil leaking),
after 2 month inactivity. Possible
sabotage this time with intent to
be able to fix simply by a
knowledgeable stepson

Yes found 100 Fuse smashed, starter off center as if struck or angled out of place deliberately. Looking for other than good battery, ignition, could interfere with vehicle completion to starting point
