Hi Cinicle, First, if you are planning to remove the window motor you should invest in a chilton or haynes auto repair manual for precise instructions on how to replace your window motor. They are available at a number of websites and should costs between $20-$30. Removing the window motors involves removeing the door panel, disconnecting wiring, removing some screws, that should result in you being able to remove the old unit fairly easily. Next, attach your new window motor, reconnect the wiring, and reattach the door panel.
