Why wont my car start

Asked by GuruTR2WX Sep 01, 2020 at 02:10 PM about the 1999 Toyota Camry CE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The turns over I'm getting fire but not fuel.  I have
changed the fuel pump and filter.  You can't hear
the fuel pump working but when you turn the key
from acc to start back and forth a few times you
eventually hear the fuel pump then the car will
start.   But when driving it will just die
