Where do I start figuring out whats wron with my Toyota camry'99 it chugs when its parked and at stop signs n it slowly takes.off until.I turn heat or air.off.what you think.is the.main problem

Iv put new spark plugs in,.air filter, oil
change, cleaned.out transmission
pan,.used fuel injector/cleaner, gas line
flushed, im about to.change spark wires
but the stalling happens.mostly when
a.c.or heay is on,.also I have a check
engine light on.and the car place hooked
it up to computer and it said the evsp
system no clue where to start n how
much parts cost cuz.I have.a friend will
fix.it....any suggestions.please

What they mean is the EVAP system. You probably have a bad solenoid in the EVAP behind the gas tank. It's not opening to let pressure escape. The negative pressure will build up and cause a vacuum, not letting the fuel properly flow. Here is a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WY5EVU8sj0 You will probably want to let the shop handle this. Very hard to get to unless you have a lift.

Yes. If you buy an after market vapor canister it will run you from $205- $380. Not including labor to install. You can try your luck at a salvage yard. No idea what they will charge. Just bring a 9 volt battery with you with two wires. You will need to hook it to the canister and check to make sure the solenoid is working. Just like they did in the video.
