I change my oil and I forget to put oil filter so how to clean all mess ?

First, put the new oil filter, then use a cleaner/degreaser to help clean off the engine bay. You can find a variety of engine cleaners for sale at your local autoparts store, or hardware store. Simply refer to the directions on the cleaner, and you'll be good to go!
