how can i disconnect the car alarm on a 1999 camry

my car alarm will not turn off and my car wont start

Suggest a review of the Owners Manual. Also see if this works. Close all the doors...lock and unlock the driver door with the key and door lock...manually. get back with results.

use your drivers side door lock to set or turn alarm off. Put key in the driver door and spin it two times i think to the left,it will engage or disengage the alarm,my guess is its not starting because the alarm thinks its being stolen so it's shutting the car off.

I tried using the reset Button this did not work will disconnect battery work
