Lost my key which had a chip had a new on made but it won't
start my car because they locksmith claims I didn't tell him I
had a chip in my key which I did.. How do I turn off the
system or can I order a new chip key off Amazon and get it
cut the right way what do I do

You must have a chip key cut and programmed for your car. You can not shut off the system. You can buy a chip key online but it must be programmed and cut
