I changed a fuse in my 2000 Toyota camry, now it won't start (cranks, but engine doesn't turn over). Could I have messed something up by changing a fuse?

I do not think so but you should check all the fuses under dash and hood and look for any electrical connection that may have came loose. Then check for fuel and spark if all fuses are good and see which you do not have.

Which fuse? Where is it located? What is the Amperage and what is it's ID?
