I have a toyota camry 2000 my drivers side window is not working. I have removed door panel and wound window with a shifting spanner its staying up. I have been told it could have been converted to auto as the controls are on the consol > Is it possible to buy a handle to fit and use it manually all thats missing is the bolt or shaft to fit the crank handle on to.. I need to try this as I just cant afford a professional at the moment . Can anyone please help me

I have a 2006 Toyota Camery Hybrid, my sister i law was driving it the other day and she said it overheated while driving it, she kept driving till it died, and she continued coasting as far as she could on a mountain road, it was taken to a local gas station and parked, when I got to the car, the radiator cap was blown off , so I tried to refill the coolant , but it leeked out I looked to see ware it was coming from, it seems to be from the water pump, as well I opened the the oil cap, and the oils smells burnt and the color is dark brown? I went to the mechanic who changed the ERG valve in and reset the code. He said its a generic code and he couldn't do anything else. I went to the toyota dealer who said they would have to change the vavle again since that's the code!!! the smog shop couldn't help they don't give detailed info on 2000 and above vehicles. So I need to pass smog and no one can help. it could be anything with the PO 401 code. I need to find out what it is and fix it. it's a 2000 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder. 7 Answers

I have a 1999 Toyota Camry. I do not have the alarm door openers for the car. The car won't start and the battery has been changed. My brother said he had trouble with this on our mothers car years ago, but doesn't remember how to turn off the alarm. The alarm has now tripped with the new battery and the car is just sitting there. Cant afford a tow to a dealership nor the cost of the dealership for a fix. How do I turn off the alarm??? 3 Answers
