Vibration in seat at highway speeds under acceleration

Asked by Aric May 31, 2024 at 08:05 PM about the 2001 Toyota Camry CE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Vibration under acceleration, end of 4th into 5th under acceleration.   Let off
throttle and it will not be noticeable.   Had all wheels rebalanced.  Engine is
smooth and only has 96500 miles. Runs and drives smooth from 1st to end of
4th gear.  What can cause this?

Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine is running...? Suggestion...try this....when you are feeling the vibe. at its worst...hold that accelerator position with your Right Foot....and tap the Brake Pedal with your Left foot with out slowing down. Get back to us with resuit.
