If only one window stopped working, and your car has power windows, it can be any of the following. Broken window regulator, failed power window motor, wiring issue, and or the window switch on the door, or the master switch if it is not the driver door window. You will need to do some testing and remove the inner door panel to inspect and make a repair. Did you have some noises like grinding and clicking before it stopped working?

BTW, Just in case you were wondering or so you don't waste time looking.... there are NO individual fuses for windows/door locks. Cars are wired this way in case the car gets submerged, so you can still get out, cause it's dumb to die just b/c a fuse blows. Hope this helps.
