Most likely you are going to be looking for a fuse or a relay. Some Toyotas have a big 30 amp fuse that is in the dashboard where the other fuses are at but you can't see it because it is up and to the right you will have to pop off the bottom clip that goes around your steering wheel to get to it. I don't know why they hit it like that but they did sometimes those go out. But most likely you will just be looking for a fuse or up under the hood at one of the lighting relays.
