May be a sign that the power window motors are on its way out. Sounds like it is drawing a lot of current from the alternator. Also it may be the windows are having a hard time moving up and down. A lot of times it is because of the weather stripping can cause a lot of drag on the window. What I did once on my nephews truck did the same thing, so I sprayed silicone in the window tracks, then the window flew up and down. May want to give that a shot.

In response to last_chan.... I have 2.4l. It would also tremble when the fan comes on. When the car is in drive and my foot on The brake.

I believe the diagnosis should begin with a volt meter across the battery and a scan tool in place. Absent these special tools would you consider a trip to a auto parts store for a Free scan? Call them up first and find out if they provide this service. Write down any stored codes and their complete Id's.
