It does have a timing belt, and 100k is a good mileage to have that replaced it. I would suggest having it done before your next oil change (2-3k miles from now). I have seen them go longer without a new timing belt, but it's best not to tempt fate.

Camry All Camrys from 1990 to 2001 and V6s from 1990 to 2006 have belts which should be replaced every 60k miles. 4-cylinder Camrys built from 2002 on – and V6s from 1990 on – have chains.

See http://www.toyotaarlington.com/blog/2015/12/30/does-my- toyota-have-a-timing-belt-or-a-timing-chain/ If you have a 4 cyl you have a timing chain, rated for much longer life than a belt. If you have a belt - which would be true on a 6 cyl.
