Alternator Failing

Does anyone else have an issue with the alternator failing every 2 years on
their Camry?

Go over the harness and cables, look for bad or missing grounds, abraded wires, corrosion, etc.

I've been having the same issue. Mine has gone through 3 alternators in the last 6 years. I'll be doing that this afternoon.

Same here. I believe because we keep buying remanufactured alternators. I justed changed mine yesterday. Having second thoughts about it, while the car is running the charge marks 13.5. Took it to advanceauto where I got it from and it passed the test. However Auto zone gave me a different diagnosis. Best thing to do, Dont buy remanufactured, spend a little more on brand new. At the long rung we will save money. Plus, is a pain to changed it! Spend 5 hrs working on it
