Ive been running with the check engine light on for 2 years. Autozone and mechanics say its CO2 sensors. It runs great but has a hard time starting. Recently changed starter. Still it takes a while to start.

"Ive been running with the check engine light on for 2 years". Seriously? Well...have you looked at doing something about the CO2 Sensors...Didn't the mechanics indicate that as a problem area to begin with??
Replace the CO2 sensors. or take them out and clean them with a carb cleaner sometimes that works
Check out Rock Auto for your sensors. Usually, the one on the back side of the engine is the expensive one. Change the one on the front of the engine first. If light is still on, you will have to change out the second one.
