brand new switch all other windows and locks
work. master switch is new

If you can't fix it then you have to replace it, can probably find a cheap replacement control module at any local salvage yard. Take old one with you so you can be sure replacement is same. Most yards have an interchange computer that will tell you if they have a match on hand.
