barrety ok car won't start suspect alternator fuse

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

replaced valve cover gasket. Had to remove elec. lead to alternator. Wire sparked (shorted?) during removal. Did I blow a fuse?

Most likely ....you did blow that fuse. It should be located at the under Hood fuse box. Do you have a 12 volt Test Light?
