2004 Toyota Camry starts intermittently.  When it does not start, it still cranks
but won't start. It seems to not start more than start. Any suggestions?

What engine in this vehicle? Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine does run?

It is a 4 cylinder, 2.4 L engine. Not warning lights or flashing. Seems to run fine when it is running.

There might be a fuel delivery problem with this vehicIe. Let's start the diagnosis with this. Next time she will not start...smack the bottom of the fuel tank with the palm of your hand a few times....then attempt a restart. Next...the fuel filter. When was that last changed? Finally...may need a ...fuel system pressure test. Get back to us with results.

A friend of mine found that one of the keys will not start the car and one of the keys will start it every time. The two keys are on the same key ring, so it was hard to tease out. But, it looks like that was the issue. We are looking into getting the one key reprogrammed and see if that fixes the issue completely.

Wow...very interesting. Congrats to your friend. Well...there's another solution to be placed in our memory bank. Thanks for the update.
